    When you log in to Gfacility, you arrive at the homepage.

    On the homepage, you see an image at the top that is adapted to your organization's house style. Here you find the "Add" button and the search bar.

     

    Add: Use this button to create a new item (such as a ticket or visitor), depending on your permissions.

    Search bar: With the search bar, you can search through Gfacility and view everything you have access to. This can include reports, reservations, knowledge base articles, or even forms to create a new report if they match your search query. 

    Buttons & overviews

    On the homepage, you see buttons that can take you to other pages or initiate actions within Gfacility.

    The notification widget shows which messages are intended for you, indicated with your name (@). 

    In the important notifications widget, you see which reports have been marked as important by handlers for your organization. You can follow these reports to stay informed.

    On the homepage, you can find tables that display objects relevant to you. For example, outstanding reports or upcoming reservations.

    The homepage of Gfacility looks different for everyone, depending on how your organization is set up. Each user can have a unique view that differs from what has been shown above.
