Search bar

In the section on the homepage, there is a search bar available that allows you to search all tickets. The search results are presented in a clear list, so you can easily find the specific report you are looking for.

Ticket form

The process of creating tickets has been improved, resulting in an even tighter and more user-friendly form. This allows you to create tickets effortlessly and efficiently, with a focus on speed and simplicity.

• The breaking of communication text in the communication panel has been fixed.
• The overview of tasks in a ticket has been improved in clarity, and the order of the columns has been adjusted.
• Customizable fields and ticket types are now integrated into the ticket history overview.
• File types such as .xls, .xlsx, .eml & .msg are now allowed as attachments to a ticket.
• The speed with which available tickettemplates are loaded has been significantly improved.
